Bridgement Smith Collections recognised some time ago that there was a need in the market place for training. Staff come and go, small business people need to hone their skills and people with credit management experience need to refresh their knowledge.

This has seen the introduction of a number of successful one day training sessions which enable participants to take what they learn during the day and be able to use this knowledge the very next morning in the workplace. Feedback from attendees at previous sessions has been very positive and several companies have sent additional staff to subsequent sessions after finding their investment to have been well worth the price.

Our presenter for these sessions is Faye Whiffin. Faye has over 20 years experience in the credit industry and has held State and National Credit Roles with major companies in both Sydney and Brisbane. Faye is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Credit Management as well as a former Queensland State President and National Board Member.

Faye has achieved in her career a consistent 0.01% bad debt write off, and has in many cases achieved reduction of days sales outstanding of over 50%. Faye's experience has allowed these impressive results whilst encouraging very healthy sales and customer growth.
